Our day to day operating area is Greater Norwich that includes Taverham Garden Centre, Drayton, Hellesdon, Catton, Sprowston, Thorpe St Andrew, Trowse, Lakenham, Eaton, Cringleford, Earlham, Bowthorpe & Costessey, City Centre, the Riverside Development

Once you are a member of the service and registered on the system with any special needs you might have, you are then ready to make your booking and all you need to do is telephone us.
We take bookings as follows:
* For social trips – Up to 2 days prior to your planned journey.
* For the doctor, dentist or other health and therapy appointments – Up to 7 days prior to your planned journey.
If you ever need to cancel a journey, please contact us as soon as possible so that we canoffer the place to someone else.
The telephone number to book is 01603 776735 and the line is open Monday to Friday from 10am to 1pm.
At weekends we sometimes undertake group bookings, subject to driver team availability. We also try to extend our services to meet the need of disabled groups/organisations across Norfolk.
Risk Assessments
Health and safety dictates that we are aware of all potential risks, so before we accept any new passengers to the service we make an appointment to come and see you.

We will need to know some specific details, for example:
- How do you access your property?
- Are there steps?
- Do you use a wheelchair or walking aid
- What type and model is it?
- Do you wish to travel in your wheelchair or can you transfer to a fixed seat?
- Where do you want to go?
